Delivery Information

We understand that you don't want to wait for your order and we process and ship orders out as fast as we can. This is usually the same working day and if not then it's most likely the next working day.

Unfortunately, shipping is getting more and more expensive and we also have to compromise on delivery speed and cost. Most orders are shipped by the post by default. If you don't trust the postal services or have it really urgent, we have several shipping options you can choose from. The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

A few important notes

Please note the following before placing your order:

• Tracking is only available on premium shipping options and we don't offer tracking by default. You will need to pay for this service. However, we sometimes use a tracked service at our discretion.
• The responsibility lies with us, until the parcel is handed over to you.
• In case of a return, we will only refund the standard (i.e. cheapest) shipping option that would be applicable for your order. Extra costs for premium shipping options are generally non-refundable, even in case of late delivery.
• We can not guarantee or take responsibility for late delivery. We don't have our own courier service and are reliant on the post or other couriers. We do our best to process orders as fast as possible, but it's ultimately down to the delivery provider.

Exceptions

We currently do not ship to the following countries:

• China
• Russia and Belarus (due to Sanctions);
• North Korea;
• Syria
• Sweden (Swedish customs is unable to process customs declarations);
